As I'm sure you can tell by my ever-increasing size, I love food, but not just eating it but preparing and cooking it too.

A part of this process is pairing food with great wine. I do a wine show in Canada called "Hollywood and Vines". I created it with my friend Terry David Mulligan. It will be shown here in America very soon and hope you can check it out. In the meantime, I figured I'd supply a few of my favorite recipes with wine pairings.......
